This is for anyone with a disability who would like one place to store and file all their information regarding the person with disability. You can securely store images, videos, documents and even links to websites.

Great for succession planning and building a detailed profile and care plan for the person with disability (PWD)

You can share this information with people in the Circle of Support, like carers, therapists, family members, teachers, doctors and other people you trust.

Store information about care requirements, important contacts, likes and dislikes, activities, consumables, equipment, allergies and concerns, funding, employment details, goals and aspirations, medications, detail significant events as well as build an online wardrobe of clothing items you own or would like to own.

All costs for the app are claimable from your NDIS Plan.

Invoice Plan

This has all the functionality described in the Succession Plan with the addition of Payments and Claims, this allows you to track all your payments to service providers, suppliers, carers, support workers and therapists and provides the ability to allocate these costs to funding sources like the NDIS.

 

You can see your costs against Core, Capital and Capacity Building and then claim them back from the NDIS online portal

With the ability to allocate costs to different funding sources and run reports on these allocations and all easily exported to Excel.

When using the App you can even take photos of your invoices and receipts and email them to the app so they can be automatically attached to the relevant records.

You also have access to a Dashboard giving you a quick overview of your cost allocations and the status of your current NDIS Plan.

Staff Plan

All the items and features from the Succession and Invoice plans mentioned above and adds Timesheets and Schedule features and supports both directly employed or contract staff members.

Timesheets - allows all data to be entered online by employees or staff members

Schedule - allows the ability to schedule shifts for carers, support workers and therapists, add their availability for future shifts and plan activities for the person with disability. The users can be notified of events and shift status by email or app push notifications to mobile devices.

Includes the automatic calculation of PAYG Tax and Superannuation for directly employed staff.
