- The Succession plan will replace the Basic plan

- The Invoice plan will replace the Advanced plan with

the ability to make payments and claims.

- The Staff plan will replace the Complete plan, this will include Single Touch Payroll features.

Basic Plan

This is for anyone with a disability who would like one place to store and file all their information regarding the person with disability. You can store images, videos, documents and even links to websites.

Great for succession planning and building a detailed profile and care plan for the person with disability (PWD)

You can share this information with people in the Circle of Support, like carers, therapists, family members, teachers, doctors and other people you trust.

Store information about care requirements, important contacts, likes and dislikes, activities, consumables, equipment, allergies and concerns, funding, employment details, goals and aspirations, medications, detail significant events as well as build an online wardrobe of clothing items you own or would like to own.

Includes license for 1 PWD and 3 Users.

Advanced Plan

This has all the functionality described in the Basic Plan and adds the ability to schedule shifts for carers and therapists, add their availability for future shifts and plan activities for the person with disability. The users can be notified of portal events and shift status by email or app push notifications.

You also have access to a Dashboard giving you a quick overview of Shifts, Activities and Employee details.


Also includes the ability to complete time sheets online and within the App available from both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.

Great for the individual with a disability or the family managing support team members so everyone knows the schedule.

Includes licenses for 2 PWD's and 4 Users.

Complete Plan

All the items and features from the Basic and Advanced plans mentioned above with the addition of Payments and Claims, this allows you to track all your payments to suppliers, carers and therapists and provides the ability to allocate these costs to funding sources like the NDIS.


You can see your costs against Core, Capital and Capacity Building and then claim them back from the NDIS online portal

With the ability to allocate costs to different funding sources and run reports on these allocations and all easily exported to Excel.

When using the App you can even take photos of your invoices and receipts so they can be attached to the relevant records.

Includes licenses for 3 PWD's and 5 Users.
